• Fundraise

Congratulations on signing up for the 2017 RACQ International Women’s Day Fun Run and making the commitment to raise much-needed funds for women living with breast cancer who are treated at Mater. The money you raise will make an immediate impact and help more women and their families focus on the moments that matter most.

Fundraising is fun and getting started is easy!

Step 1: Make your fundraising page shine!
As part of your registration we created a personal fundraising page just for you—now you need to personalise it! We’re talking photos, stories, motivational quotes, whatever you think will inspire people to donate and donate big! Sharing what motivates you to raise money for women with breast cancer will make your page even more engaging.

You can login to your fundraising portal here to update your page.

Forgotten your password? No worries! Click here and we’ll resend it to you.

Step 2: Now that your fundraising page is looking swish, it’s time to let others know it’s there!
Harness the power of social media and post the link to your fundraising page on Facebook, along with a message to let your friends and family know what you’re doing and why you're doing it!

Here’s a post to get you started:

I’ve signed up to the RACQ International Women’s Day Fun Run! We’re raising funds to support women with breast cancer, providing things like counselling, wigs and mastectomy bras. Just $58 can make an immediate impact and take some of the stress off women with breast cancer and their families. Will you help me?

Step 3: Get your message into people’s inbox.
You should never underestimate the power of a fantastic email, and we can let you in on a secret, the key to writing a powerful email is … just be yourself!

We’ve created a template to get you started and added it to your personal fundraising page, but to make it really work for you make sure you add your own personal touches.

If you need help getting started give us a call on 1800 440 155 and we’ll help you create a fundraising plan for success!

If you’re ready to make an immediate impact and help more women with breast cancer and their families focus on the moments that matter most, you can login to your personal fundraising portal here.
